Notes: During a race in Indy in 2012, I met a lady on the course named DeAnne. We became friends and followed each other's progress in races. In 2013, she was unable to complete the Boston Marathon due to the bombings. Less than a month later, we ran into each other on the 2013 Mini course. She recommeneded that we run the Dances With Dirt 10K for fun the following weekend. It sounded great, and it was. I made new friends, and the beautiful hills of Brown County became ours to conquer. We had a ball on the steep, muddy slopes. It was a new experience for me to run on trails, and I loved it. Can't wait until next year!
