Notes: After two years of being unable to run the Limestone 5K, I was exctied to participate again. I ran as part of "Team Amelia," an effort to pace Wendy's daughter. This arrangement was perfect because Wendy and I would be racing the Red Eye Relay later in the day. Kathy joined us as Amelia did a great job on a hot day. We had a great time, and Amelia passed 12 people in the last mile, many of them on the track where she really got moving. We also enjoyed watching Rowan run the kids' race. Fun morning!
