Notes: I ran the 2013 Shamrock Run in honor of Reva Jane Kern, my Meemo who had passed away the previous weekend. She LOVED purple, so I sported head-to-toe purple for her, and wore her picture on my back. It was a tough 4-mile race that I had no business running because my temp was 100.7°. However, Meem went through much more pain than I was experiencing, so I could do it for her. She ran by my side the whole way, and I finished in 32:50, 28 seconds off PR. My splits were 8:02/8:34/8:26/7:50, but my watch had the last mile short (0.95 mi.) Love you, Meemo.
