Notes: What a day! I ran a 5K PR with great splits on a difficult course: 7:32/7:36/7:26. So many of my students shocked themselves with the results of their hard work. And then--THEN--we surprised all the students with a FLASH MOB! The teachers had been secretly practicing the dance for a couple weeks. It was just a banner day. Love to run, love my job, love my BMS Stonecutters!
