Notes: I was running so well, and then the bottom fell out. Just boom. I’m not used to sun like that. I started weaving, so I allowed myself to walk. I didn’t want to collapse. I walked about a half mile of mile 11, and up a hill on mile 13. Always a pleasure to run with my buddy Zach, too. Love you, Bedford.
