Notes: This race started out differently when I sang the National Anthem right before the start. I ran hard than usual on the first three miles, then dropped the hammer on the last mile. It felt good to run hard. I hadn't done that in a while. Also, Larry Moffatt was honored for his running legacy during the awards ceremony. Happy Thanksgiving!
