Notes: For the three previous years, I trained for and ran the Monumental *Full* Marathon. However, finding myself exhausted in training, I decided in September to drop to the half so I could enjoy myself, and that I did. I was never so happy as when I turned left at the half split. I kept a pretty steady pace throughout the race and finished well. The best part, however, was the night before the race. Mom and I had so much fun in downtown Indy! Oh, and I wore the best race kit I've ever worn.
