Notes: Jimmy and I started a virtual racing series to help us all stay sane. I went out for my regular 7mi, and the first mile felt so good, I called it a warm-up, stopped to stretch, then took off for my virtual 10K. I LOVE racing this distance. I wish there were more 10K races around. I felt great the whole time... means I can go faster. :-)
