Notes: TOTALLY accidental PR. I just wanted to run a pace run, maybe 8:50ish per mile. I ran two 9:00ish miles. I thought I'd pick up the pace a bit. I felt so good and kept thinking, “Faster. Faster.” Got a 90sec PR. The weather. The support. It was truly Monumental. Won’t be forgetting today anytime soon.
